-The credit card on file will immediately be charged upon your winning bid after the auction has closed. Please ensure your credit card information is accurate and up-to-date. Payment must be received prior to the pickup day. Reciepts will be emailed to winning bidders. Print out your reciept (or have it available for viewing on your mobile device) and bring it with you on pickup day. -Virginia state sales tax of 6% applies. Tax-exempt dealers must submit their information PRIOR to the auction's close. -A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to every purchase. -"Caveat Emptor:" All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Alexandria Auctions LLC makes no gaurantee, whether express or implied, with regard to the lot's condition, value, age, maker, etc. We attempt to note all known defects in the lot's description. However, it the the buyer's responsibility to inspect all purchases before bidding. -All sales are final. No returns on any lot for any reason. -All items must be picked up on the pickup day and during the times provided.
